As a registered NDIS PBS Practitioner, she is committed to improving quality of life for individuals through evidence-based, ethical and person-centred behaviour support.

With extensive experience as a teacher and school leader, Sally brings deep insight into the needs of children and young people in educational settings. She works collaboratively with families, schools and allied health teams to design practical, trauma-informed and developmentally appropriate interventions that create meaningful learning opportunities and sustained behavioural change.
Sally also integrates her passion for animal-assisted approaches into her practice. As one of the early pioneers of therapy dogs in schools, she now extends this expertise to Equine Assisted Learning (EAL), offering clients an innovative and powerful avenue for emotional regulation, confidence and skill development.

Woody (the real CEO) was our longest-serving therapy dog, working for six years in school. He brought a unique style to his work. During his service, the department recognised him with its own video section. Woody is retired from school now but likes to keep his paw in the therapy game by offering his services to those attending the hub.
