Are You Thinking About Joining The Mindfullink Crew

A Different Way to Practice Behaviour Support
At Mindfullink, we don't just write behaviour support plans - we analyse systems, environments, and implement to create meaningful change.
At Mindfullink, we don’t see practitioners as resources—we see them as developing specialists operating in a complex, high-stakes clinical space. Our investment in our team reflects that.
We have built a practice model that goes beyond standard Positive Behaviour Support. Our clinicians are trained and supported to work within a structured, evidence-informed framework that integrates ecological systems theory, behavioural science, and risk governance. This means you are not working in isolation—you are working within a clear, sophisticated model that strengthens your clinical decision-making.
Our approach is intentionally developmental. Practitioners are supported to move from foundational competency to confident, independent practice through:
-
Structured onboarding into our full assessment-to-implementation workflow
-
Access to advanced tools including BSI and the MERGA framework
-
Ongoing supervision and case review with experienced clinicians
-
Clear quality assurance processes, so you know what “good” looks like
-
Opportunities to take on increasing clinical responsibility over time
We are committed to continuous professional development that is practical, applied, and directly relevant to your work. This includes:
-
Ongoing internal training aligned to the Mindfullink clinical model
-
Regular peer case reviews to deepen clinical reasoning
-
Exposure to complex presentations and system-level work
-
Opportunities to contribute to the development of emerging frameworks and practice approaches
We prioritise implementation—not just report writing. You will be supported to work directly with participants and teams, building real-world capability and seeing the outcomes of your work translate into meaningful change.
Importantly, we recognise that high-quality behaviour support requires time, thinking space, and professional accountability. Our systems are designed to support this, with clear expectations, structured workflows, and oversight that enables you to do your best work.
As we grow, there are genuine opportunities to step into leadership, contribute to the evolution of our clinical model, and be part of shaping a service that is setting a higher standard for behaviour support in Australia.
If you are looking for a role where your clinical thinking will be challenged, developed, and valued—Mindfullink offers a place to build expertise, not just deliver services.
What You Will Develop at Mindfullink
Working at MindfulLink is designed to build your capability over time through structured experience, supervision, and reflection.
You will develop:
-
The ability to analyse behaviour within complex systems, not just at an individual level
-
Confidence working with high-risk and complex presentations
-
Skills in real-world implementation—not just planning
-
Understanding of governance and restrictive practice oversight
-
Structured, reflective clinical thinking
How We Support Your Development
This development does not happen in isolation. It is supported through a structured and intentional approach to learning and practice. You will not just gain experience - you will build capability.
At MindfulLink, you will:
-
Receive regular supervision and guidance from an experienced Clinical Director
-
Work within a clear clinical framework, rather than being expected to “figure it out” alone
-
Be supported to take on increasing complexity over time
-
Have space to reflect, refine, and improve your practice
-
You will be part of a structured team environment where expectations are clear, support is available, and practice is actively developed through supervision and guidance.
Where does this lead?
-
Take on increasing case complexity
-
Lead elements of assessment and planning
-
Develop confidence in independent clinical thinking
-
Build capability in risk and governance decision-making
